Adolescent Counselling
Adolescent (ages 10-18) experiences are extremely crucial to the young adult's identity building. Children try to form an understanding of who they are and who they want to be, developing their ideas and thought processes independent of their parents or caregivers. We understand that adolescents navigate a complex terrain of identity exploration, peer relationships, academic pressure, and emotional growth. Combining evidence-based practices and a personalized approach, we empower young individuals to develop resilience, enhance coping skills, and build a foundation for emotional well-being.
In this case, parents or caregivers are always involved in the therapy process without compromising the autonomy of the child and the therapist-Client confidentiality.
