About the Therapist

Parnika Sharma is an RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certified Clinical Psychologist.

In her six years of experience extending mental health care, she has worked in Hospitals, Psychiatric clinics and various mental health start-ups exposing her to individuals of various age groups, socio-cultural backgrounds and psychological needs.

She provides people with a space to express themselves in a non-judgemental environment, gain insights regarding their behaviour and get equipped with tools to cope with various stressors thrown at them in life.

Education:

She completed her B.A in Psychology, Sociology and Economics from Christ University Bangalore. She obtained her Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical psychology, completing her research and practicum focusing on child and adolescent mental health from Fergusson College, Pune. She went on to pursue MPhil in Clinical Psychology from PGIBAMS, Raipur, training under clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, where she completed her research on patterns of Non-suicidal self-harm in Indian adolescents. Parnika is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist who studied at EKAA ( Formerly California Hypnosis Institute of India).
